There is almost no better feeling of suddenly fall into your body and being completely in the here and now. Some call it “being aware”, others “being present”, they all say the same. In a moment like that you can feel the whole surface of your skin, see all the colours, hear and smell what surrounds you. These moments are rare, precious.
